Government guidelines are constantly changing and we endeavour to keep you updated.
We wanted to share with you how we are looking after each other, from our team members and you - our valued guests, we have had to re-model our business, and safety being paramount in consideration of our guests journey, whilst still being true to our service levels.
The am salons are still the same beautiful space and ambience and the same wonderful smell of Aveda products calming your senses, whilst we are doing many things in a new way.
We are delighted that all our team members have been retained through the Furlough scheme, and are ready to look after you with their PPE, they may look de-personalised, but their great talents are not hidden.
We care for your welfare and attention to your safety while you visit us, and look forward to welcoming you into our salons.
COVID-19 policy
Booking appointments.
Our phone line is manned during our extended opening hours and we are continuously monitoring our e-mail bookings throughout the day.
Due to our salons capacity being reduced by fifty per cent we are asking for a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking, this is to ensure we can offer all our openings for bookings and look after you at your earliest convenience.
Arrivals.
Upon arrival we will greet you, please remember your face mask before entering the salon, we are providing hand sanitisers throughout the salon areas for you to practice self care.
Your appointment time is very important we cannot amend or extend, therefore we ask you to ensure plenty of travel and parking time to arrive promptly.
Social distancing.
We are practicing social distancing and therefore we ask that only yourself for your service will be present, friends, family and pets - guide dogs exempt, will need to meet you outside. We are happy to assist anyone that may need additional support upon entering the salon and leaving.
Housekeeping practices.
Each styling station is sanitised down in between each guest and all equipment is sprayed, barricade jars disinfect all cutting tools and deep cleansing is continuous throughout the day.
Laundry.
Each gown and towel is freshly laundered, however we are also providing the choice of disposable gowns and biodegradable disposable towels, please state your preference.
before you book
If you are a new or returning guest, we require your confirmation that you have read and understood the below mentioned cancellation policy and you have had an appropriate skin test (if required).
